Project Architect
Job Description and Responsibilities
Rojas AP is looking to immediately hire an experienced Project Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves guiding project managers in the development and documentation of projects, with a focus on conducting internal architectural reviews to ensure project intent, code compliance, and adherence to firm standards. As a dynamic firm, we manage a diverse portfolio of projects of varying sizes and complexities.
Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that all pieces of a project work cohesively. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who is adept at balancing strategic oversight, and helping move our projects forward. Although there will be times you will have client communication, the role is generally for internal project review and oversight of the project managers who are responsible for the external correspondence on the project. Occasional site visits may be required.
You will be responsible for high-level team management, tasking the project managers with advancing projects efficiently while considering the next steps and how all aspects of a project integrate seamlessly.

Required Qualifications
NYS Architectural License (Professional Engineer's License also considered)
Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Monday.com or other project management platforms
Openness to adopting new technologies for improved efficiency
Bilingual
Salary & Benefits
$60 per hour (expected 16 hours/week)
