Tenant Protection Plan (TPP)

At Rojas AP, we provide Tenant Protection Plans (TPP) to contractors that are required by NYC Department of Buildings for all projects that have occupied dwelling units. They are designed to ensure the safety of tenants during construction, this includes minimizing disruptions to essential services, maintaining egress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Rojas AP collaborates closely with building owners, developers, and contractors to develop a comprehensive and specific TPP for each project. We review the contractor's strategies for mitigating noise, dust, vibration, and other construction-related impacts to make sure the minimum code requirements are met for expedited DOB Approval.
