As the client representative, Rojas AP ensures that clients are well-informed about project processes and objectives, providing them with a clear understanding of the timeline, budget, and regulations. This helps clients feel secure and know what to expect from the project. We collaborate closely during design and construction to represent the client's priorities for each project. We educate our clients to understand the possibilities not considered and the constraints of a project from the beginning stages. Our on-site experience allows us to work hand in hand with designers and contractors to identify opportunities for value engineering and provide solutions in the field, saving time and enabling projects to remain on schedule.
