Lee-Anne is a Project Manager experienced in design, compliance management and construction drawing for residential and commercial renovation projects, parking lots and façade repairs. In 2017, she completed an Associate Degree in Architectural Technology from New York City College of Technology in Brooklyn. Lee-Anne started her architectural career as an Intern, working for a small architectural firm that designs complex and diverse commercial and residential projects within the five boroughs of New York. She performed field surveys, conducted on-site observations of construction projects to monitor compliance and prepared project designs and plans.

Lee-Anne joined the Rojas AP team in 2019. As Project Manager, Lee-Anne drafts existing conditions, prepares construction drawings, ensures project compliance, performs field surveys of exterior and interior spaces, including apartments, office spaces and building facades. She researches and implements Energy Conservation, Zoning, Building, Plumbing, and Mechanical codes, coordinates with expeditors to obtain DOB approval and designs potential layouts for clients. Lee-Anne has worked on various residential and commercial projects and is predominantly interested and experienced in interior design and renovation for custom single-family homes and multifamily residential building developments. She is responsible for the creation of office-wide standards for drafting assignments and developed a dynamic door block used in office drafting practice. Lee-Anne enjoys projects that grant her the ability to design beautiful, simple, minimalist, yet highly functional spaces for homeowners and residential tenants.

Lee-Anne assists in the firm’s marketing strategies and is responsible for the creation of the company’s pitch presentation used to obtain new business. She generates LinkedIn content for the firm’s account and presents in-house lectures on various topics, often technical or software related.

Lee-Anne is currently working on accruing the required AXP hours to obtain her NYS/NCARB license and recently completed a 10-hour OSHA training. Lee-Anne is eager to continue her architectural design work and help many more clients create beautiful and functional spaces.
