Concourse Village Storefront

Rojas AP renovated the 1st-floor commercial storefront of a 6-story residential building on a steep incline in Concourse Village in the Bronx. The brick exterior was replaced with a glass storefront and hung stone panels. At the interior, the floor elevation for each tenant stepped with the slope of the street. We were able to raise floors in a portion of suites to allow for ease in divining space for future tenants. An accessible ramp was added to provide barrier-free access to all tenants.
